It's a bit far away from tourist attractions in Kilkenny & Killarney. Very hidden in kenmare but the staff, stunning views and wonderful clean rooms made it worth staying

Everything in the food was superb.

A little bit disappointed that no room drink service from 11:40… unusual for 5 stars we’ve stayed

Very Good

Beautiful room looking onto the stunning Sheen Falls. Lovely comfortable bed, and the room was beautifully decorated, with a fabulous big bay window. Lovely bathroom too.

There was not a dressing table area . No where to dry hair or apply makeup. The hairdryer doesn't pull out as far as a mirror so you're drying your hair blind. Very poor lighting for dressing.

Gorgeous views and a super relaxing stay

Gorgeous location . Fabulous view of the Falls from our very spacious room. Open fires in the bar and reception areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay

Has to be the best hotel in the country

Lovely hotel,very comfortable fantastic staff and beautiful gardens and surroundings.

To be picky,there were a few tiles missing on the side of the swimming pool that could be a potential health hazard

Beautiful area and food was lovely. Staff were very nice and super helpful. The beds were the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. Very relaxing stay.

The spa or pool area was the only real let down. Only two jets worked in the hot tub. The pool was a mixture of temperatures. The area outside the pool was very clean but inside the pool and hot tub could have been cleaner. I wouldn’t be picking this hotel based on the pool really but everything else was great.

Food was excellent and location away from urban sounds

Rooms were very comfortable and staff in breakfast room were excellent

Stayed in room 221 and there appeared to be a constant underlying humming noise which upset the tranquility of the hotel. Would have liked to explore the grounds on foot but there did not appear to be any footpaths apart from main driveway and path to Sheen falls

Bliss and relaxation. Will definitely return next year

The staff were outstanding, the room was perfect and the quality of the hospitality was top class. The short stay we had was exactly what we wanted. Relaxation came easy and we left promising to return next year

We had no complaints whatsoever. It is expensive of course but you do get a lot for your money.
